This month's theme for June is "Sacred Rage and Emotions". 

Our intention for this space is to connect deeply and authentically with each other through a guided sharing practice and meditation, while also receiving the sound medicine of Melissa's voice and drum. 

Over 2 hours together you will: 

• Feel nourished through the harmonizing vibrations of song and drum. 
• Be guided through a practice to share and be witnessed in your journey. Allowing you to release sticky parts you've been holding on to and call forward that which you desire more of. 
• Anchor in this aligned version through a guided meditation. 
• Process and connect in deep sisterhood over refreshments.
